Alexis is responsible for processing both renewals and new bonds, as well as handling invoices to send out to customers, managing payments, and ensuring the bond process goes smoothly. She holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Penn State, which has helped her develop excellent communication and writing skills. She previously worked for Citizens as both a banker/teller and in the back office, where she handled garnishments on customers’ accounts. Her favorite part of the job has been learning about the different types of bonds and how to assemble them.

In her free time, Alexis loves to cook and bake, as well as travel around the world.
