As a personal lines account manager, Heather spends her workdays taking care of new personal lines clients, managing insurance renewals, and responding to customer inquiries. A Virginia native, Heather has ten years of experience with a large insurer and two smaller agencies. Heather’s favorite part of the job is talking to customers, developing the one-on-one relationships that enable her to provide superior service.
 
When she is not working, Heather enjoys spending time with friends, going for walks, reading, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
