As a commercial lines account manager, Jayne spends her workdays obtaining quotes, writing proposals for new and renewing policies, and obtaining information for underwriters. She also assists customers in obtaining information they may need or fixing problems that arise.

Jayne started in insurance under unexpected circumstances as an administrative temp with another agency and eventually earned her license before joining the team. Her favorite part of her job is the ever-changing environment—no two days are the same in insurance!

When she is not working, Jayne enjoys exercising, drawing, and spending time with her loved ones.
