Chubb is updating the e-bill service for a small number of personal lines customers who have been receiving notifications from Chubb directly and receiving e bills from Chubb’s past e-billing service MyCheckFree.com.
Affected clients will receive an email from MyCheckFree.com notifying them that their MyCheckFee services have ended. Chubb has not cancelled their e-bill and autopay services. The current recurring and paperless services are still active and will continue uninterrupted.
If you would like to continue receiving an email when your bill is ready, visit www.chubb.com/welcome to login to the Chubb Customer Portal and select “Profile & Preferences” to enroll in e-billing. Once enrolled, the email to notify you of the e-bill will come from [email protected] E-bill notifications will be sent to the client’s Chubb Portal profile email address.
